Art Retreat
All groups of painters, photographers and sculptors are welcome to Casa Henrietta to develop their artistic ability.
Price per person per week €990 including:
• 7 Nights Accommodation.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner +wine.
• Collection from Málaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airport.
• Acrylic, Oils or Watercolour paints, paper and 2 canvases. If you wish to use more materials we have supplies on sale.
• Group exhibition of works done during the week, in the local cultural centre with tapas and wine.
• Catalogue of the Exhibition that will be sent to you by post.
Themes that will be developing during the week:
• Drawing techniques / observation
• Colour / Brush techniques
• Composition / Interpretation
• Mostly we will be painting outdoors as the weather and scenery is fantastic. We will be painting for example views of the castle, streets and buildings of old Jimena, forests and rivers in the natural park, panoramic vistas of rural Andalucia. However please feel free to follow your own inspiration.
The Sculpture Retreat will be principally concentrated on work in wood that will take place in our large sculpture studio at Casa Henrietta. The aim of each participant will be to finish a piece of work during this week for an outdoor exhibition in one of the beautiful public squares. All material is included.

Your own retreat
If you wish to organize your own Retreat at Casa Henrietta, we will facilitate you to do so. We have 12 high standard double rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and bar, restaurant with a terrace where we can provide catering services. We can also provide meeting rooms for talks, projections, lectures etc...

Walking Holidays
Price per person per week €900 including:
• 7 Nights Accommodation.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner +wine.
• Collection from Málaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airport.
• Guided routes.
Walking Routes including:
HORSE RIDING: (max 6 people, min 4 people, excluding July and August due to the high temperatures).
Price per person for 5 days €950 including:
• Accommodation for 4 nights.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner +wine.
• Collection from Málaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airport.
• Horse and professional raiding instruction.

• On your arrival at Casa Henrietta we will have a nice relaxing dinner prepared for you and you can settle into your lovely room and plan your trip along with our profesional horse riding instructor. The next morning you will set of on horse back from Jimena de la Frontera to Casares, your 3 day journey will take you through some of the stunning Andalusian landscapes, along rivers and streams.Along the way you will be staying 2 nights in rural houses used as accommodation known in Andalucia as "Cortijos". Your last night will be spent in the comfort of Casa Henrietta with a farewell barbeque, drinks and entertainment. The following day we will take you back to the airport.

Spanish language Holidays
Please note it is important that the groups that join us have a common level of Spanish.
Price per person per week is €1000 and includes:
• 7 Nights Accommodation.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner +wine.
• Collection from Málaga, Jerez or Gibraltar airport.
• 15 hours (3 hours per day) of classroom tuition with a qualified Spanish teacher.
Various activities will be organized during the week which will ensure interaction with local culture, giving you the opportunity to practice what you've learnt during your morning class.
• Flamenco lesson + flamenco night.
• Cooking tortilla and paella with a local lady from the village.
• Goat cheese making.
• Trip on the local train to Ronda.
Guided visits in spanish to the local natural park, castle and surroundings.
