"Via de la Plata"
Old commercial Roman route from Andalusia to nothern Spain.
Every saturday night from 8:00 pm we will be serving typical dishes from along this route.

Menú:

Garlic soup (Castilla).
Lettuce hearts with pinenuts and sauce (Andalusia).
Boletus (wild mushrooms from our natural park, this plate can only be served if the mushrooms are available).
Hake in cider sauce (Asturias).
Caldereta (Lamb broth with aromatic herbs) Extremadura.
Baked apple with cream and crocanti.

* Saturday 26th of November will be coinciding with the Micology courses taken place in Jimena, we will be serving special dishes of wild mushrooms.

"End of the Silk Trail". Special event for the ending of the silk trail. We will have food from the 6 countries (Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Persia, Thailand, China), art exhibiton related to the silk trail, video projections, music.

Blues Course. Guitar and Harmonica.

The course is imparted by profesional musitian Álvaro Fernández Gaviría.
Course hours: 30hours.

There will be recordings and a concert within the course. The is also de option to do less hours if you are not able to do the 30 hours.

Price of the course : 200 euros.

Course + 7 nights accommodation in a single room including breakfast: 500 euros.
